VEC Grid Data

VEC has developed a map (below) to provide members, energy developers, and interested parties with grid asset data. The map includes several layers such as poles, wire and substation locations. These layers are updated monthly. To download layer files please click here.

Distributed Generation Hosting Capacity 

This map (below) shows the distributed generation (DG) hosting capacity rating by substation overlaying the Sheffield-Highgate Export Interface (SHEI).

Electrification Adoption

This map (below) shows the adoption of electrical heating systems, transportation electrification, and net metering by individual circuit, color coded by adoption rate.
