VEC Webinar - Save Energy, Save Money: Harnessing Tech to Lower Your Electric Bill
Johnson, VT – Join energy experts from the Vermont Electric Co-op for a one-hour webinar full of tips and tools to help VEC members save energy and cut their electric bills. The webinar will take place Thursday, Nov. 20 from 12-1pm.
Learn what drives electricity usage and discover how VEC’s online portal SmartHub can help VEC members manage that usage more effectively. There will be ample time for Q and A.

Speakers are:
Dave Lahar, Key Accounts Manager - Dave has been in the utility industry for over 30 years in various roles. He has a background in commercial and industrial (C&I) demand-side management, end-use metering, and renewable energy technologies. Today, he works closely with VEC’s metering and billing departments as well as member services staff. He routinely speaks with individual VEC members to pinpoint the sources of high usage in their homes or businesses.
Angela Daniels, Billing and Technology Coordinator – Angela started her career in the utility industry in 2001 and has a deep knowledge of metering and billing systems. In her current position at VEC, Angela focuses on utilizing the co-op’s online portal SmartHub and other technology to deliver effective and timely service to VEC members.
