School Visits

VEC welcomes the opportunity to meet with local schools to provide an interesting and exciting learning experience about the electric utility industry.  We can offer age-appropriate presentations on anything from "energy 101", electrical safety, careers in the electric industry,  Vermont’s energy future, energy legislation and policy, and the development and implementation of Smart Grid technology. If your school or civic organization is interested in visiting at VEC or having a speaker visit you please call 1-800-832-2667 and ask for someone on VEC’s Communications team.
