The Board generally meets on the afternoon of the last Tuesday of the month from noon to 4 p.m.

In-person: Members are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings. As a courtesy, please arrive shortly before noon. Would you like to present or make a specific statement at a Board meeting? Please contact VEC at least two business days in advance. Please fill out this form to make the request. Members will be provided up to 15 minutes to address the Board.
Virtual participation: Members can virtually listen or present at a board meeting by requesting the meeting link at least two business days in advance. During the meeting, members must identify themselves and confirm they are members or invited guests. Presenting Members will be provided up to 15 to address the Board. Please fill out the form to make the request.
Executive Session Protocol: If the meeting has executive session(s), members and invited guests must temporally exit. If in-person, please temporarily exit to the lobby. If attending virtually, members and invited guests will be removed from the main meeting and rejoined at the proper time.
